Good luck with her Doc! Why is it so much easier to buy from lay-away than it is to save for them? I know it works better for me. Nice design in the grip/magazine extension. I see a lot of Glock in that slide and trigger. Once you pick it up, be sure to let us know if we have to have one. Don

Doc, I bought the same pistol back in December. Absolutly love it. Super nice trigger, very accurate to boot. My next one will be the 45 GAP
My son shot it right out of the box at hit the 10 ring 3 times out of 10 at 20 yards. Neither of us shoot much at all. Can't say enough good about it. Hope you are enjoying yours.

pretty sharp...Im not a fan of 40's myself, but nonetheless it will get the job done and YOU like it. I would like to get a Taurus 24/7 PRO 45acp I really like Taurus pistols. I have had 2 at one time, sold one off and still have the PT111. I looked at the 24/7 before getting this and it was a hard choice. I ended up going with the Springfield because I got a better deal on it. I know several people that dont and wont give Taurus the credit due because of a few bad years. Great quality, good price, GREAT accuracy, great firearms. The last payment was made on this pistol and I hopefully will have it by the end of the month or shortly there after. My local dealer, lost the info I gave them and I had to give it to them again. It is on its way now.

I finally got it paid off and it came. I went and picked it up this past Friday(June 30). I am happy to have it and will give a range report once I shoot it. I had originally ordered the 3" sub-compact, but he wrote down the 4" model by accident. I went ahead and accepted it and the more I look at it the more I like it. For those that dont know, it is a Springfield Arms XD40( .40 S&W) CLICK IMAGE FOR LARGER VIEW(The 3 bullets on the left are .40 S&W and the 3 on the right are 9mm)
