I enjoyed the first 24/7 so much I decided to follow it up with a compact version. I ordered it from Davidson's. It's a little shorter in both barrel length and grip length. Comes comes with a 10 round mag and a grip extension that allows the use of 12 round mags. Instead of the 3 dot sights of the full size pistol, this comes with the Heinie straight 8s and Taurus' excellent ribber grip. Should have it by the weekend! Don

I was back and forth between the PT145 Mil Pro and this 24/7 compact. The PT145 definitely offers better concealability, but if that's an issue I have the Kel Tec PF-9. It spends more time with me than any other handgun. Don

Picked up the new 24/7 on Friday. It needed a good cleaning so I stripped it down and put the parts in a can of Ed' Red to soak and then used an old toothbrush to clean out all the factory grease. I shot a full mag of FMJ ammo from each mag and function was perfect. The IWB Don Hume holster fits great. Here's a link to Ed's Red for those that never heard of it: www.handloads.com/articles/default.asp?id=9Don
