Customer Friendly Hornady

After hearing of a friends good luck in contacting Hornady for information, I decided to give it a try. I was looking for reloading information on Hornady's 500gr. JFP bullet for the .500 S+W cartridge. That was on Sunday, Monday was a holiday, so I received a reply today. It came in the form of a handwritten load data sheet on a PDF file. They sure are great to deal with!
