I've been pretty busy this past week for two reasons. First is the usual work and more work, but more interesting is my spare time project, building a new reloading bench. I have been reloading for years on a bench that was only 5 1/2' long and it gets more and more crowded all the time. I not only use it for reloading, but also to work on guns, adding scopes, lightening triggers, refinishing stocks and smoothing actions. Well I finally got tired of working on top of a mess so I started work on a new bench that's 12' long and has three different stations. One station for working on guns, another for case preparation and the third for loading ammo. The bench is built, I installed a few old cabinets on the wall for storage, some shelves top and bottom and several lights. I stained the bench and now all I have to do is mount and move a few things onto the new bench. I'll get a photo up in the next few days. I'm sure looking forward to my new workspace! Don

Well I finally finished the work on the new bench. So here it is. The area on the right is for case prep, in the middle for loading and on the left is my gun cleaning area. Don

That is an awesome setup!! My bench is only a foot deep, I know what you mean about mess. You are inspiring me to put my woodworking skills to the test.....on second thoughts maybe I should buy a new bench, wood and I are not friends.
