Whether he is laying on the ground in front of you or you are hanging on for dear life, makes no difference.... LMAO!

lol I'd settle for the smallest one . Like i mentioned in my introduction post the yanahli wma is my back yard and in these wma fields they usually grow corn every year but this year they switched to soybeans and the deer are loving it. my only problem is that by the time archery season comes around they will have probally moved on or i'll be competing with 25 other hunter to get them.

don't second guess now. watch them and setup where they come and go. don't worry about those other ppl. they maynot show in the sweating warm skeeters every where opening weekend. best of luck get'em!

I keep seeing does around but no bucks yet. I bumped into 2 again yesterday morning, that is me and 3 dogs "walked" up on them. I have "bumped" into so many that I'm not sure I believe the, "they can here an acorn drop at 100 yards" thing any more.

;D That depends where the ACORN drops. If it drops in my EYE, Deer will hear it 1/2 mile away.. Got an Email from my hunting BUDDY. He has seen Buck, and Doe. near our Hunting area, a couple days ago.. Guess they are coming out of hiding..

Well I went to the garage of our other property next door to sharpen my chainsaw. When I was done I wandered out back where we have a dozen fruit trees. Well, mr buck was 40 yards away looking directly at me, when he ran there was a big doe there as well. I just hope that my mother in law moves in after deer season!!
