I hunted on catoosa last rifle season and there was rubs that looked like elk was there. i was in my tree stand late in the evening one day and seen 2 does and 7 men just walking around kind of bummed me out on the rest of the quota hunt never seen the first horn. one of the men didnt even see me in my orange and was going to put up his stand about 40 yrds from me lol

It is a great WMA if you know where to go..... last year I didn't, now I do! There are a load of deer up there

well y'all let me know a decent area up there to hunt fer tick toters. reckon mrs and i will be moving up that way come jan. i can't stand these hot swamp land with no turkeys and 5,000,000,000 skeeters to the acre

I hope to learn about Catoosa this year. I have heard there are some big deer there as well as nice sized Russian Boar.
