Go look some more. She may be out there, laying there, waiting on you to pick her up.

rough hunting this week due to weather with all the rain, wind, mist, ect...I went to Kentucky monday evening to hang stands for the upcoming Rifle season. after hangin stands tuesday mornin i got to do a little hunting tuesday evening and saw 4 does. wednesday morning i didnt see a thing and wednesday evening i saw 6 does. i hunted a different stand each time just for the heck of it. i did find a bit of good news...5 fresh rubs, one of which was on a cedar the size of my calf, and 3 scrapes. muzzleloader opens up there in the morning but i wont be there to enjoy it. i hunted down on the farm that backs up to bill rice ranch again today and didnt see a thing. i'll be hunting my buddies lease in christiana tomorrow morning for the very first time. by the looks of the sign we saw today while walkin around it ought to be very good. i'll be sure to let yall know what we see. good luck to all yall hunting this weekend. be safe, those stands are all wet and pretty slippery right now.

Getting some DEER sign here in NY. Valleyhunter Mowed the weeds in the 2.5 acre field behind our pond. There is two rubbings on scrub brush in our Safety Zone next to the field. Could be a 4 or 6 point. If he comes into the field, he gits his "hay-maker" from the pond embankment. He'll be safe as long as he stays the other side of the fence..
