Let me know how this works out for you. If it goes well I may decide to leave the maintenance of my vehicle go to hell so I can collect. LOL!! In all honesty I don't think you stand a chance of winning. The lawyer probably won't take the case on a contingency basis and will cost more than you'd get if you did win. If the lawyer demands to be paid up front that should be a signal to you to get while the gettins' good. Don

The issue here is the Falsifying of an accident report in order to avoid Payment.. I had Road service ins on the Truck.. Nothing was hit, or collided with. How can the Ins Co. Record it as a Collision. This isn't the first time that Insurance Cos lied. The last time, I got hit in Manchester. Sears said it was my fault. They also advertised Accident forgiveness, so why did I discover, 3 months later, that they were charging me 43.00 for a chargeable accident.

My Attorney didn't take this type of case, but he advised to take the pictures to the agent, and have them sent to the Company... I did that.. When I saw the agent, I told him that I was there , on the advice of my Attorney, ( I watched the color change in his face )..I told him that WE wanted the pictures sent to the Company, and that I wanted the reply sent to me.. That was Nov. 20.. On the 22nd, I received a letter from the Co, dated Nov.20. with the same exact wording as the first letter, No mention of the Pictures. I pulled NATIONWIDE INS. up on the INTERNET, and they have a Costumer Service. I emailed them, with the problem, and received a reply that the Email was FWD to an investigator in my area,, after a few days, I got a Phone call, and Email stating that they felt that the Damage was caused by the BOTTOM OF THE TRUCK COLLIDING WITH THE ROAD when the TIRE came off. . They did, agree to sent me the Road Service refund of ...$ 150.00.. for the removal of the vehicles. I received the Check, yesterday. Case closed...

Hey $150 is sure better than nothing. Doesn't replace what you lost, but at least makes it worth your efforts. Don
