The bite in this morning air means one thing its time to hunt .I pass one spot I hunt every morning on the way to work and there were 6 deer in the field, hope its that away Saturday morning good luck to everyone.

Man yea! It was nice this morning for North Louisiana. The low this morning was 51 and the hi is going to be in the upper 70's. Doesn't get much better than that for this time of the year in this area.
And fall is just around the corner, 5 more days until the "official" first day of Fall!

Nice here in Chattanooga, its 65 degrees rite now and its 11:30 am. Come on fall, the white oaks are starting to drop, so the deer should be on them ;D

This morning on the way to school my son and I saw 8 deer in the field. I have the fever bad now.

Wish i could, its windy and 80 degrees. Rained last nite and up until about 8 am this morning. Suppose to rain again tonight and all day sat. and sunday. Not what i wanted to hunt in, if its raining i ain't getting into the stand. No rain gear.

smokepolehall, this wont be just a steady all day rain. ther will be breaks in the activity. but the storms will likely be severe with a pretty good chance for some tornadic activity. if your going to be hunting tomorrow please wear you safety harness. keep an eye to the sky and both hands wrapped around the tree.
