thats some pretty good info... The best way to really learn is to watch someone do it or better yet help them. There is no better learning than first hand/hands on education.

Couldn't agree more about the seeing first aspect. Most of what I know was shown to me at one point or another. And thanks for the support for my Tigers!! Maybe I can get you to become a Wolverine fan too!! ;D ;D

unfortunately, I did not see the game... I wish I wold or could have watched it.... I didnt even know what channel it was on... I am very shocked to see them take the lead on the Yankees with the way they finished out the season.

I might catch it if it is on local broadcast... Ill get home at 4pm CST so I will miss the first half of the game.. I just watched the ESPN headlines of the game and the interviews...That looked like an awesome showing.. IM happy for all the Tiger Fans, especially the ones who were at the game... Detroit is due for some good fortune in baseball

Great post Ted. If I think of it and have the time and a spare set of hands, I may take pics of the next field dressing adventure. I always like color pics over drawings....if someone kills a deer before me and has a camera handy, feel free to take on the task.

This post is worth reviving. ;D don'tcha think.. ,, I took the time to read it through, Didn't see anything about cutting the LIVER free. The little GREEN sack on the LIVER, should not be cut. That is Gall. and will Bitter any area that it touches. When the Liver is in the open, Just sacrifice a little of it, and cut around the sack to remove it intact..
