I don't recall me saying that these were deer pics there psycho. Apparently all the deer are in my other spot that I call the "Honey Hole" as that is what makes it so sweet!

Here is the game plan: I'm gonna be hunning the big hardwood bottom all this weekend starting with this evening. I got the climber all put together last night. It is nice but, I will give a full report on the comfort, ease of climbing and the noise it makes after I hunt it this evening! Anyway, I didn't hunt this morning and I headed out to hang the climber down there by the lockon. That lock on is just too uncomfortable to sit for very long. So, I got all that took care of and I did just a little scouting for fresh sign. I am only about 20' away from the other stand but, oh well! It will give me something to look at! 12-01 scouting report: I checked the scrape. It had been freshly ran the last day I was there, day before yesterday. He hasn't refreshened it which is good. I seen him opening evening coming from a thicket north of me. Wind was wrong and I got busted. Now, everything is in my favor. Found some real fresh rubs as well. The first pic is looking at the bottom where the scrape is. He has been coming from the left out of a thicket then centering that ridge and heading South into another thicket: to be continued with DEAD DEER PICS.................

Looks like a lot of OAK there. A little rain, to quiet the leaves makes for my kind of hunting.. Good luck, I have my venison Steak, and Liver now, so all is well..

Thanks. It rained all night last night with some sleet. It's been around 80 for the past week or so and then dropped to below freezing. Anything can happen now.

nice pics, but is there something wrong with your camera. maybe i'm the only one seeing this, but all the pics are blurry on the edges...kinda in a circular pattern too.

It's a cheap digital camera for $30. Didn't want to spend alot of money on a camera just to carry around in my hunting backpack! ;D
