Pretty slow afternoon turned into excitememnt after a dog barked up a storm at some deer, and they ran right in front of my buddy.. He shot and the deer ran up hill towards me.. I sat for about 5 minutes and nothing showed. All of a sudden a deer blew and I saw a deer right in front of me. I got ready.. when she went behind a big tree, I raised up the ML and waited til I saw its chest... BOOOOOOOOM! She hauled az down hill with tail tucked... I wasnt sure of the hit, but thought I heard her death spin just out of sight.. He finds his deer and I go looking for mine.. I walk to the last place I saw her and there she layed. pretty good evening hunt. Here is my deer.
