By the time you got peaches, the property will be sold, a house built on it and the peach tree bulldozed over.

I kinda take care of 24 acres in Brentwood, houses all around but deer also. The property has been surveyed for a subdivision but with the housing as it is, I don't see and changes in the near future, these houses will be big, 6,000 sq. ft. plus. I have permission to use the property, want to make food plots but don't know what to do. This would be a bow hunting area only because of the neighboring houses. PS, it is one mile from my house. ;D

I think that 50 acres is the minimum to hunt for one person, with 100 being preferred. I am like Doc, I have the lease, 4 WMA's within 30 mins: 3 that are 15 mins or less totaling about 4000 acres and Priest; and 1500 acres to hunt close to Dunlap and I am always looking for more also.

Just thought i would let everyone know that i found a lease just outside of Pelham TN about 45-to 1 hr away from M'boro. the lease is timber company land and is 819 acres at $3 an acre. I think the total cost is $2,457 for 1 year. If you are interested let me know and i can check if it is still available.
