Maybe it is just me, but this makes me absolutely sick... I cant stand to see fawns being killed because they are an easy target.. One of our other state deer hunting sites has posted several pics of some already, and I am freaking ticked.. They are so proud too... Give me a break...they are worthless... and dont give me that taste better crap either... Cook deer meat right and it is all great.. Thanks for killing Tennessee future

If I decide to shoot a deer, it has to have all spots gone. I would rather wait and shoot the momma of a fawn with no spots. They ARE tender, but if you take care of the meat and treat it right, it is all tender and good.

As far as I have read, you are allowed 3 deer per day, spots or not.

I am there alot and post a lot... I took a break from there for awhile because they pissed me off, but I have gotten alot of support there lately from when my daughter was in the hospital... I have a whole new outlook towards them as people, but they still piss me off at times. ;D

Maybe Some of those JOY KILLERS would like to come into my bedroom, and shoot these, from the window. A Guest was thrown out of our hunting Club, in that other State for Shooting a BABY. I for one could never, ever shot an Innocent BABY. they are too inexperienced to take care of themselves.. I wont Shoot a MAMA, with Baby in tow either..

A doe with fawn is fair game for me. If it can't make it on its own come October, it'd never survive a Michigan winter anyway. As for a fawn itself, they get at least a year to relax!!

I will shoot a doe with fawn in tow, but the fawn has to be spotless. As Michisaid, if it cant survive by Oct. it wont survive.

I have to concede, If you don't shoot her, somebody else will. But I won't.
